Ange is a body-positive fitness content creator and weight loss guru who uses her platform to encourage women of all shapes, age and colour to stay active and make a healthy lifestyle fun. In 2021, Ange lost 30kgs while still eating food she loves and identifying exercise she enjoys. As a result she wrote an eBook, ”the Weight is Over” to share details on to lose weight in a sustainable and enjoyable way. Ange hosts a podcast called, ‘Girl, Listen’, where she interviews women about body image and body confidence.

What you will get out of this workshop

You will gain an understanding of how the toxic diet culture hinders our results in weight loss, how to identify exercise you enjoy and how to lose weight without saying goodbye to chocolate.
