Join Amy as she guides you through EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) also known as tapping which is an alternative therapy. During this group session you will use EFT to free yourself from limiting beliefs and stuck emotions, reduce anxiety, calm the limbic system of the brain and lower stress and cortisol production.
EFT or psychological acupressure involves tapping on specific meridian points on the body, primarily on the face, hands and upper body. EFT balances the energy of the body resulting in physical and emotional equanimity.
