There’s no judgement in the INMIB community and if you happen to have a drink, that’s fine – you’re still well on your alcohol-free way! There’s no one-size-fits-all journey – we have different back-stories and brain chemistry, so your experience will be unique too. The programs are designed to help you explore your relationship with alcohol so you can vibrate on a higher frequency.

Now before you get thinking too much about high-frequency vibrations, let me be clear: this is no manifestation exercise! My coaching styles are backed by neuroscience, psychology, psychotherapy and experience to transform your thinking and behaviours.
