It’s Not Me, It’s Booze (INMIB) is a community that supports women + to break unhealthy drinking cycles. We use evidence-based practices which allows you to explore who you are, what you want, and discover how to connect without booze. We see the sober journey as unique to the individual and we support whatever stage of the journey you are on. You don’t have to be strictly sober to join our community, but you must be curious. We allow you to explore sobriety at your own pace with the options of doing our signature five-week course, tailored 1:1 coaching with Mel or be part of our membership which will connect you to other like minded babes! The change process can be hard and repetitive but at least INMIB can make it fun!
Our membership is the number 1 booze free social club with all the fun! INMIB allows you to be your authentic self in a non-judgemental space. Our crew encourages you to be courageous and vulnerable because we want you to grow and start your healing. We understand that the sober journey is hard so we cheer you on everyday and give you the resources to support your growth. INMIB makes being sober curious fun and builds confidence as you change your relationship with alcohol.
“We don’t heal in isolation, but in community” – S. Kelley Harrell.
Have you ever wondered what your life would be like if you didn’t have to waste your weekend in bed with a hangover?
Have you been promising yourself that you’ll drink less and be “better” next time?
Are you tired of waking up in the morning and flushing with embarrassment as your memories (or lack thereof) of the previous night dawn on you?
Do you feel like you could do more and be more motivated, but alcohol is holding you back?
If any of this sounds faintly familiar, it’s time to start doing the work so you can break the unhealthy cycles that are restricting you.
Throughout our five week course you will learn evidence-based theory, self-reflection techniques, and strategies to start changing the way you think of yourself, your relationship with alcohol, and your future.
Highlights include:
There’s no one-size-fits-all journey – we have different back-stories and brain chemistry, so your sober experience will be unique to you. I coach women and men to shift their mindsets so they can feel confident and empowered in their sobriety. It’s not just about alcohol or your relationship with it, it’s about helping you find your true self and breaking toxic cycles along the way.
